Description:

WPRG have an opportunity for Class 2 drivers to work on a full time or part time basis in Dagenham- Essex.

The role includes:

• Multi drop deliveries, approx. 15 to 30 drops per day.
• You are expected to achieve 90% of calls delivered on time.
• Deliveries in and around the South-East, and go out to Oxford in the West, up as far as Milton Keynes, all of Kent, and down to Brighton.
• You will be allocated a bay, once the vehicles is on the bay a member of the warehouse team AND you will retrieve the product from the warehouse and wheel it to the bay ready for the driver to load the vehicle.
• The bread is stacked in bread baskets and transferred onto wheels by you and your vehcile has wheels on. You will have a hook to load and unload and manoeuvre the bread baskets.
• You are expected to follow the route order – some calls may seem out of sequence; this is normally due to noise restrictions on some deliveries.
• You are expected to collect all empty baskets from stores to return to site
• The ability to complete paperwork in an orderly fashion

Weekly Hours:

• Start times are between 00.00 and 03:00 AM.
• Average 12 hour shift per day

Experience / Requierments :

• Held your licence for 1 year minimum & at least 6 months class 2 multidrop experience
• HGV CLASS 2 license,
• Digital Tachograph Card,
• Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC)
